1. Purpose of Zoravo

Zoravo is an Order Management System designed to help businesses:

• record vehicle inward entries;
• maintain payment-related reference information; and
• track the progress, service status, and workflow of ongoing work.

Zoravo is a record-keeping and workflow-management tool only.

2. What Zoravo Does Not Do

Zoravo does not:

• generate, issue, or replace a tax invoice, accounting invoice, receipt, bill of supply, or any other legally required financial or tax document;
• manage, count, verify, or track physical inventory or stock;
• process, collect, hold, transfer, authorize, or settle payments; or
• provide accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice.

Any document, entry, report, reference number, or screen generated through Zoravo should not be treated as a statutory invoice, tax document, payment receipt, or accounting record unless it has been separately issued and validated by the responsible business in accordance with applicable law.

3. Payment Information

Payment information displayed in Zoravo is entered or recorded for internal reference purposes only.

Zoravo does not independently verify whether a payment was initiated, received, cleared, refunded, transferred, or settled. A payment entry in Zoravo should not be treated as independent or conclusive proof of payment.

Users should verify payment information against the relevant bank statement, payment-provider record, receipt, or other official financial documentation.

4. Service and Status Tracking

Service dates, completion estimates, workflow stages, and status updates displayed in Zoravo are informational only.

They depend on information entered by users and do not constitute a guarantee that any service, repair, delivery, or other work will be completed within a stated period.

5. AI-Assisted Features

Certain Zoravo features may use artificial intelligence to assist with data entry, classification, summaries, recommendations, or other tasks.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation. It should not be treated as authoritative or relied upon without human review.

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated output before using it or acting upon it.

6. Accuracy of Information

Information available through Zoravo—including payment amounts, customer information, vehicle details, service information, dates, notes, and tracker statuses—is provided or entered by users.

Zoravo does not independently verify the completeness, accuracy, authenticity, or current status of this information.

Users should confirm all important information before relying on it for operational, business, financial, tax, accounting, or legal purposes.

7. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• entering accurate and lawful information;
• reviewing information before issuing documents or taking action;
• maintaining any invoices, receipts, accounting records, tax records, inventory records, or payment records required by law; and
• ensuring that their use of Zoravo complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal business policies.

8. No Warranty

Zoravo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zoravo makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, suitability, or fitness of Zoravo or any information made available through it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zoravo will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business loss arising from or relating to:

• inaccurate or incomplete data;
• user data-entry errors;
• payment-record discrepancies;
• incorrect vehicle, customer, service, or tracker information;
• delays, interruptions, or unavailability of Zoravo;
• reliance on AI-generated output; or
• reliance on any record or information displayed through Zoravo.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Acceptance

By accessing or using Zoravo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to use Zoravo subject to the scope and limitations described above.
